PCRA membership is by invitation.
We work closely with each new practice to make sure the alliance is a good fit. This form starts a conversation — we'll review your details and be in touch within a few working days. There are no consents to sign at this stage; they come later when we activate your portal account.
What membership commits your practice to (in plain English)
- • Confidentiality. A robust PCRA Network NDA covering anything sponsors, CROs, or other members share with you. Signed once at portal activation.
- • Per-study NDAs. Before you download any sponsor's study documents, you tick through a study-specific confidentiality undertaking — even stronger than the network-wide one.
- • Non-circumvention.When PCRA introduces you to a sponsor, you engage with them through us rather than going direct. Your existing sponsor relationships, and any new ones you develop independently, are completely unaffected.
- • Good Clinical Practice.Your team complies with UK clinical research regulations and maintains appropriate training.
- • No obligation.Membership is voluntary; you can decline any individual study, and either side can end membership with one month's notice.
- • No patient data on the portal.Patient-identifiable data is excluded by design — never share it through the portal or in messages.
Full agreement text is shown verbatim at activation — you tick each item before your account goes live.
